Broken jewelry?

  Unfortunately, due to scammers we do not accept any returns or refunds at this time but please reach out to us via chat bubble on our website, with a valid order number, and we will gladly do everything we can to help!

Will my jewelry tarnish?

• All our jewelry is made with hypoallergenic raw brass and sterling silver metals. Over time your pieces may oxidize or lose there shine, especially if you do not take proper care of your jewelry. To keep your jewelry fresh and pretty and to prevent tarnish we recommend minimizing contact with liquids or any harsh chemicals. We also recommend storing your jewelry in a hanging storage or display when not in use.

How long will it take to receive my order?

• All local deliveries can take up to 1 week MAX to be delivered. If you live outside of my area please allow up to 2 weeks MAX.
